Tempranillo blanco is a white Spanish wine grape variety that is grown in the Rioja Denominación de Origen(DOC). It is a mutation of the red Tempranillo grape variety that is planted widely in Spain, Portugal and numerous wine regions across the globe. The white grape variety was discovered in a Tempranillo vineyard in the Rioja region by a wine grower in the late 20th century. .The grapes come from old vines 50 years old. These were planted and grown on clay-calcareous soil. After harvesting, Abel Mendoza Tempranillo Blancois fermented in new French oak barrels of 225 litres capacity.After this phase, Abel Mendoza Tempranillo Blanco ages on its lees for four or five months in new French oak barrels

Clean, bright, dense, medium eye of yellowish green
color and golden tones.

Super complex, evolution in the aromas, yellow plum,
floral, wilted herbs, an oxidized touch, mandarin peel,
black grape, very pretty.
D.O.C. Rioja
Flavorful and with nice body in mouth. Deep with a
bitterness at the end that makes it longer.
This wine was aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Complex salads, legumes, braised seafood, braised white
fish, cod fish, soft cheese.
