Lalama

Its name refers to the soils of the valley, where the vineyard is more protected, shady, in areas where there are more nutrients. It is an autochthonous varietal wine from diferent plots and soils of the Bibei Valley. It expresses the essence of the vintage in the valley which makes it uncomparable to other wines. Joviality, expressiveness and narrative represent Lalama with a touch of elegance diicult to ind in other wines. It is a fresh, kind, easy to drink, light wine. Its development is almost 100% natural. Fermented without selected yeast, without clariication, ilter, drain and stabilization and almost free of added sulfur, thus preserving the purity of the vineyard. Besides, this area produces wines of low alcoholic content which are easy to drink. No winery in Spain develops red wines with that low alcohol content (12- 12.5%).
