It is the only 100% Bobal in the world with this level of
complexity and ageing potential.
It combines an incredible vigor with a great acidity. It’s a Mediterranean
wine because of its aromas (balsamic, barrique)
but very plateau in mouth (acidity, power). This wine ageing
is fantastic, certainly much better than any other Mediterranean
The harvest takes place in a quad it is selected strain to strain
and collected by hand in boxes of 15kgs. In the winery, it
performs a pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. It has a
double selection of clusters and grapes. Fermentation in 225l
barrels with the lid open as Borgiñón style. Maceration for
25-30 days with frequent manual pumping.

Plenty of black fruits intermixed with notes
of flowers, spice box, and toasty barrique.
