San Román wine is deep and mineral which unite power and elegance, with civilized tannins and a dense texture, defined flavours of black fruit. Made to grow in the bottle and the processes of stabilization has been minimized to guarantee the maximum respect to the grape and the terroir.
Magnificent purity of fruit with vibrant floral aromas and fine earthy background. Long and silky, full bodied and dense on the palate but not heavy. Abundant, polished tannins. A distinguished wine that exudes quality and magnificent harmony.
The harvest started progressively in September, with lower yields due to the meticulous selection during the collection of the grapes. San Román is bottled after spending 24 months in French and American oak barrels.

Concentrated and mineral on the nose, offering an incredible aromatic depth with a bouquet of liquorice, chocolate, black fruits and fine toasty notes. 
D.O. Toro
Solid and powerful on the palate, with tons of material and vibrant tannins, a wine full of character and wonderful concentration.
4 months in French and American oak barrels.
