This wine is only produced in excellent vintages only and its production is limited due to the thoroughness with which the grapes are selected, from the finest vines, aged almost a century. After a careful winemaking process, the wine rests for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels. Once in the bottle, it stays in the winery for a several
