Product Description
Its name refers to a Jesuit order in the fifteenth century that had a retirement home in this area. The quality of the gra-pes the know-how of the winemaker, who outlines and refine the wine and extract the full potential of the variety and the balance between fruit / mouthfeel makes this wine unique.
The cold maceration allows to extract a complexity and a singular mouthfeel to this wine.

Dry white. 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains.
Yellow pale colour with greenish, clean and brilliant reflection.
9.5% vol.
Very intense and clean aromas arise, standing out pear no-tes grapefruit and huses of tropical fruits.

t’s shown complex, very fresh and sweettoothed, with an easy, round and showing memories to tart of figs, resurging for retronasal way, fruity very clean and intense aromas. Final plenum, long and very complex.
Complex salads, pasta and fish sauce, rice with fish, gri-lled seafood, grilled white fish, baked white fish , soft chee-ses, white meat with sauce.
