Tres Patas

Tres Patas is another great example of a monovarietal wine produced by Bodegas Canopy. It stems from a 13-hectare Garnacha vineyard whose vines have an average age of 40 years and a plantation density of 2100 vines/hectare.

Like with the other wines from Bodegas Canopy, all is done manually. After a 9-12 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and another 9 months in bottle. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified. The production is around 12.000 bottles per vintage.
