Beatriz Herranz returned to la Seca (Valladolid) to the family vineyards, specifically to the eradicated vineyards of her grandfather, in order to begin this adventure with a small winery, dedicating herself, heart and soul to verdejo.Barco de Corneta is the fruit of her personal and professional experience throughout the years of being connected to vineyards and wine.

At an altitude of 718 meters, this is a vineyard of long winters and hot, dry summers, making it necessary for the vines seek out water sources in the deepest parts of the ground.It is here that we obtain the authentic expression of the grape, thanks for eco-friendly production, in order to respect the environment and the biodiversity of the vineyard.

It is a perfect location due to its land of siliceous sand and pebbles, with a layer of clay and subsoil, as well as limestone in its deepest layers.It is a handcrafted and certified organic wine, it perfectly maintains the essence of Verdejo, respecting the identity of the variety of the land and the climate.
