Juan Gil 18 months

Made mostly with grapes from old vines grown at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level with very low yields in the three varieties , with clear predominance of Monastrell. A concentrated wine, fresh and balanced with excellent acidity adding freshness and a subtle elegance. An exclusive wine, with a lot of power and thoroughly pleasant. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, and matured afterwards for 18 months in a selection of the best wood of French and American oak.
