Product Description
The grapes used for this wine come from old vineyards (average
of forty years) from the northeast of Jumilla, placed at 700
metres high in the surrounding area of their cellar.
New vintage of the youngest wine produced by Juan Gil. It
shows a jovial expression of the variety Monastrell. A very
expressive, tasty and inviting wine.
The grapes were harvest by hand during the third week of October.
Harvest took place during two weeks at 27ºC. Once the
fermentation inished at the beginning of November, the wine
was moved to new French and American oaked barrels. The
wine stayed there during four months until the end of March.
